Short, friendly lessons explain puberty and periods in plain words, at a pace that suits each girl: how bodies change, what a period is and why it happens, and everyday self-care, with gentle illustrations instead of science-test diagrams.

Prepare

Prepare walks through the moments girls wonder about most: a school day, a sleepover, camp, swimming, sport and travel. Simple checklists help her pack a kit, plan what to say, and know what to do if her period arrives unexpectedly.

Talk

Talk offers gentle conversation starters and words to borrow, so a girl can reach out to a trusted grown-up when she is ready. It is made to open doors at home, never to replace the people who care for her.

Talking about growing up can feel big, for both of you. KLEO has a Parent side made to help you stay involved without taking over. You can read the same gentle lessons your daughter reads, so you share the same words, and plan together for school camps, sleepovers and holidays.

We design for privacy first. We collect as little information as we can, children are never asked to write about themselves, and your daughter's space stays calm and hers.
